Q: How do I obtain a City Water Rebate?
A: The City Water Rebate Plan is very beneficial to the homeowner
who wants to xeriscape existing turf grass areas. The city offers
a credit to your water bill if the proper requirements are met. The

Since NARROW LEAF, Inc. xeriscapes yards all the time, we know the
requirements and do all the footwork to obtain the rebate for you.
We will draw up a plan that fulfills city requirements. We schedule
the initial meeting and the final inspection.
The homeowner does not need to be present for any of this procedure.
The rebate you receive will be based on the square footage of turf
removed.

Q: What is the process from the initial meeting date to the final
completion of a project?
A: After the initial meeting, we will design a plan based upon our
conversations with the homeowner. After our drawing is complete,
we meet again to present it and to explain the details of the plan.
When the homeowner approves the work, we set a start date. Throughout
the duration of the project, we will update the homeowner of our
progress, of any problems and their solutions and anything we may
need (cars moved, gates unlocked, dogs put in the house, etc.)
Upon completion of the job, we will explain how the irrigation system
works, how to care for plant material and answer any questions the
owner may have. We discuss plant warranty and other small details
of the project.
We do not consider a job done until the homeowner approves of our
work and is 100% satisfied.
Q: Does the homeowner need to be home for the duration of a landscape
project?
A: No, it is not necessary for owners to be present. We endeavor
to discuss the details of a project ahead of time so we can bring
the job to completion. It is convenient, however, to be able to contact
the owners by phone throughout the day if the need arises.
Q: Does your organization provide financing?
A: NARROW LEAF, Inc. offers three, six, and
twelve month same as cash financing for your project. We do all
the footwork
for the
homeowner to obtain this loan. You may elect to pay 50% of the job
and finance the balance, or finance 100% of the project. Just let
us know how you want to finance your landscape and we’ll take
it from there.
