Home Owners Associations

Due to request, NARROW LEAF, Inc. now provides special contract options for homeowners associations. We offer Partial Year Agreements and Partial Service Agreements. We are adding this feature to our maintenance program to better suit the unique needs of homeowners associations.

Partial Year Agreements

This feature will include our regular monthly services for the nine months of maintenance that require the most attention. January through March will have minimal maintenance performed, especially if the property is xeriscaped. Once-a-month visits can be arranged during winter months if the property is formally landscaped.

Partial Service Agreements

This option allows homeowners the flexibility to choose what services fit their property. We desire to give you the ability to pay for only the services that you want, as we will customize the following projects at you request:

• Mowing
• Fertilizing
• Tree pruning
• Power raking
• Aeration
• Irrigation repair
• Weed control
• Pest control

We will be happy to meet with you and discuss your landscape needs and desires. We are easy to work with and we will accommodate your requests.
